In the article published by Moths To A Flame, the UK project made an overview of the participation of our colleagues Josephine and Zoe from Knowle West Media Center (KWMC) at the Filwood Market. The event, celebrated in south Bristol the 3rd of July, wanted to raise awareness about the Climate Emergency, the natural environment and energy use with creativity and involving communities.

KWMCs’ activities were focused on presenting TwinERGY’s plans to the attendees. Although some participants were already aware of sustainable energy behaviours, they showed interest in the project and wanted to get deep insights on it. A better use of renewables, energy efficiency and becoming prosumers of the market featured as the main citizens’ concerns.

Through creative dynamics to demonstrate the power of communities to make a change, KWMC engaged people into energy and sustainability using Moths To A Flame as the ideal connector across Europe for TwinERGY’s project.
